ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Kerry Mitchell State Farm Agency is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Bilingual Account Manager to build lasting relationships with customers while helping grow our agency. This is a relationship-driven sales role where you'll review policies, identify customer needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and generate new business from warm and cold leads.

English/Spanish bilingual proficiency required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
